Cooling buffer storage

The cooling buffer tank is suitable for cold storage and can be connected to a heat pump.
In this buffer tank it stores the liquid that circulates in the cooling system.
Cold water storage buffer tank produced by a suitable heat pump for storing cold WATER. 
Heats the water in a closed circuit directly with the heat pump.
The storage stainless steel inside, externally covered with excellent thermal insulation polyurethane hard foam and galvanized metal painting.

The output of the on/off heat pump compressor, which is not speed controlled, cannot be regulated at all.  During the cooling of the liquid flowing in the cooling circuit, the heat pump has to switch on and off too many times to keep the liquid at the right temperature. The solution to this problem is the buffer tank, the liquid content of which is cooled by the heat pumps relatively quickly, and then they can stop for a longer period of time.  During this time, the pump can continuously feed the stored cold liquid into the system, slowly warming up the tank. As soon as the liquid has reached a set, higher temperature, the heat pumps start again and quickly cool it down.

The CHILLED WATER 304 XB tanks connected to the cooling system keep and store the thermal energy produced for cooling and not directly used, and then feed it into the system according to the usage needs through a circulation pump. The use of cooling buffers reduces the number of times the cooling equipment is switched on and off, and also reduces the loads that can be caused by circuits with different temperatures.
