The material of the insulation is polypropylene foam. It is a much better insulation material than the polyurethane foam traditionally used by most companies.
The thermal conductivity of the material is lower than that of the widely used polyurethane insulation. Material thickness approx. 22-24 mm. It is significantly thicker than most insulations on the market, so it outperforms other insulations in terms of efficiency. The thickness of most insulation on the market does not exceed 15-20 mm. The heat exchanger insulation we offer is one of the thickest on the market.
