The PT1000 is a high-precision temperature sensing sensor that uses a change in the value of a platinum resistance to measure temperature.
The term "PT" refers to the English term "Platinum Temperature", which means "platinum temperature" in Hungarian. The PT1000 is also a type of RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) sensor that uses a change in platinum resistance to measure temperature.
The PT1000 sensor, as as its name suggests, it has a resistance of 1000 ohms at a temperature of 0°C. Its resistance changes linearly with temperature, and this change is used to measure and record the temperature. RTD sensors, including the PT1000, are generally highly accurate and provide reliable measurements over a wide temperature range.
