Freon heat exchanger

The 34-plate heat exchanger is designed for high-pressure applications, systems where one medium is gas refrigerant (which can be almost any gas, such as Freon or similar gases), while the heat transfer takes place mainly with a conventional fluid often used in heating or cooling systems, such as a water/water-glycol mixture. This is not a conventional plate heat exchanger for heat pumps in water/glycol systems, but a special gas heat exchanger designed for specific and targeted applications with refrigerants.

The Ba-26-34-F Freon heat exchanger is the second smallest model of the Ba-26-F series, which is primarily designed for heat exchange of gas-liquid media and is high pressure classified (the gas side can operate up to 45 bar). This is still one of the smaller gas heat exchangers in our product range.

The Ba-26-34-F has a plate area of ​​0.884 m², which means satisfactory or very good compatibility for heat pumps and similar units, which typically represent 6-9 kW of power depending on the inlet temperature .

If the heat exchange surface of 0.884 m² is too small for the intended heat pump or air conditioner, you may want to consider larger models from the same series, such as the Ba-26-50 with 1.3 m² and Ba-26-60 with 1.56 m². Or you might want to explore the second series of Freon heat exchangers, which have larger gas connections (7/8"), such as the Ba-68-F series, where the heat exchange surfaces can be up to 4 m².

The Ba-26-34-F Freon heat exchanger is suitable for use as a condenser in heat pumps, air conditioners and similar units. By adapting the connection and pressure resistance of one channel, it can work with R404A, R32 and similar refrigerants.
