< span style="color: #000000;">"Ba" denotes the vacuum brazed heat exchanger, i.e. the classic plate model. The number in the middle is the heat transfer surface of the plate, i.e. 0.032 m². The number at the end indicates the number of discs, this model has 70 discs. If we multiply the number of plates by the surface of a single plate, we get the total surface of the device, i.e. 2.24 m². This surface area is sufficient to cope with, for example, heat pumps, even in demanding, low-temperature underfloor heating applications. 

The most common areas of application of the Ba-32-70 plate heat exchanger:

• Heat pump equipment with or without buffer, in glycol or water version, with a heat pump output of up to several kW
• Central heating systems approx. up to 70 kW, for coal-fired boilers
• combined closed/open systems approx. up to 80 kW
• operation with a condensing boiler or several boilers in cascade, depending on the system parameters, up to 60-70 kW / gas boiler.
