Solar collector set

With the solar package included in the offer, the hot water needs of 2-3 people can be met.
Its special feature is the 12 volt pump, solar panel design.
Good toy and really environmentally friendly solution! When the sun shines, the water in the collector heats up and at the same time the small pump powered by the electricity produced by the solar panel starts, which circulates the heated water into the heat exchanger boiler.
If there is no sunshine, there is no circulation.
The the expansion of hot water is taken over by the expansion tank, for safety's sake we deliver it with a safety valve and a pressure gauge.

Mount the solar collector and the solar panel next to it in the south direction, at a steep angle of 45-50 degrees. Connect the upper outlet of the solar collector with the upper heat exchanger of the boiler, the lower one with the lower one. The height difference should not be greater than 2 meters, the distance between the two should preferably not be longer than 5 meters. Between the bottom heat exchanger of the boiler and the bottom outlet of the flat collector, install 2 T fittings and the pump next to it, connect the solar panel to it. The correct flow direction at the pump is from the storage tank to the solar collector.
Install the safety valve on outlet 3 of one T fitting, and a ball valve on the other T fitting tap, fill the system with solar antifreeze and you're done!

This package 1 pc 2 m2 Cordivari flat collector, plus for with frame, with 12 volt heat-resistant pump, with 12V 20W solar panel , with MC4 connector, with expansion tank, with pressure gauge,  with 6 bar safety valve and Sunsystem 100 liter tank with 1 heat exchanger delivered.

Trick for filling the system: The system should be filled with 2 bar pressure, but not everyone has a filling pump at home. Recommendation: install a manual venting valve on the upper outlet of the flat collector (you can find it among our products).

Slowly charge the system concentrated !! with antifreeze on top, in place of the bleeder valve, then reinstall the valve. 
Then, using a slag and a garden tap at the ball valve, push clean water into the system until it reaches 2 bar. Then vent several times on top and you're done.

The capacity of the solar collector is 1.8 liters, the heat exchanger of the boiler can hold 2.7 liters of antifreeze, the pipeline can hold approx. 3-4 liters. Due to the expansion tank, the system can take up approx. 5-6 liters of extra water, so it will be a safe antifreeze mixture at the end. It takes a few days of use for the water and antifreeze to mix well, so it's worth checking before the frosts.
