With the Gravikol™ solar collector package included in the offer, the hot water needs of 3-4 people can be fulfilled. , supplied with a 160-liter hot water tank with 1 heat exchanger, mounted horizontally, complete with electric heating.

This system does not require a pump, expansion tank, control, BUT!
< strong>The tank must be located inside the roof, above the height of the collector,so that the hot water can travel by gravity from the solar collector to the boiler.
Hot water is lighter than cold, therefore the heat will automatically flow from the upper part of the collector to the boiler, and the colder, heavier water will automatically flow back from the boiler to the bottom of the collector. into a vapor state and thus the gravitational flow ceases.

Orientation of the solar collectors:
The ideal orientation: southward 40-45° - so evenly throughout the year can use your solar collector system.
In summer, the sun is higher, in case of intensive summer use, it is recommended to place the solar collector flatter, at an angle of 25-30°, e.g. in holiday homes.
In winter, the sun is lower, so the sun hits the solar collectors at the steeper angle of 55-60°, which is when the heating will be optimal in winter.
In other words, if you want to use the system efficiently even in winter, it is better to install it at a steep angle, so you will still have hot water in summer.
